Today, Amber, Natasha and I are attempting 100 flights of stairs using the Fitbit. We are breaking it up into 2 sets of 50 and lapping the track every 25 flights.

The weather is cooperating. I never made it to rollerskating last night. Steven came by for a visit. I feel very blessed to have all four kids living close by!

I went to work early ready to get off early but ended up staying late instead. I'm so glad it's Friday.

1 SP core workout completed. 5 miles walk/jog at the track. 1 SP runners stretch video completed. It felt amazing!

I stayed within my nutritional range.

The grandchildren are going skating & asked me to come along. I've got to see if I can find some energy.

Have a wonderful weekend!

I run on the treadmill when it's raining. Otherwise, I'm on the highschool track or on the beach.

How are you getting your "walk/jog" in? On a treadmill or outside? Whatever, you are one tough cookie! emoticon

That is so awesome. I don't see how you do so much. I am on my feet at work for 8 -9 hours a day then come home fix dinner then try to get at least an hour for workout. No way could I do 10 miles. However you inspire me to try to do a little more.
