2 SP ab workouts completed. 9 miles walk/jog at the track.

    Blackberry, my hubby's favorite pie! I I've only had a couple pies since being gluten free for two years. They are from Katz Bakery,very good and not real sweet. I guess so you can add ice cream or cool whip without it being too sugary sweet. Katz is a bakery that sells all gluten free, lots of nut,dairy and soy free too. And kosher too. Order online and they ship in a couple days. Whole foods carry a few of their things as well.
Nine miles is a super accomplishment:-) emoticon

2 SP arm workouts, 75 fights of stairs & 8 miles.

Ate within my ranges.

Played in my garden & enjoyed my family!

It was an awesome weekend that went by way too fast!

    We have been redoing part of our garden for weeks! Trying to get done before the heat sets in! Last week one of my grandsons,5 yr, came over and helped picking up the blue rubber mulch and rinsing it off and getting everything else wet was his favorite thing. He came back and helped again,while his Daddy was working on our computer. It was much fun! Glad you enjoyed the family and garden too:-)

I completed SP crunchless & SP bootcamp arm workout. Now, it's off to get at least 10000 steps in.

I kept my calories within my range.

I'm feeling tired today. I'm glad tomorrow I can sleep in. Keeping the streak alive!

I'm down 6.5 lbs for last month according to my dr scale! Mine reflected 3 but I'll take the 6.5! emoticon
