I completed my SP leg workout. My bonus was the 6 minute butt blaster which I really felt since I got in 31 flights of stairs yesterday. My legs were shaking! I credit this Fitbit &your support! I can't wait to share. It's helping so much with the stress. My husband thinks I'm nuts but loves me anyways. He's eating healthier & exercising!
I had a blast watching the grandchildren. I rocked Travis to sleep. Then, Baylie ran and got her blanket and jumped on my lap. She lasted about 5 minutes before she knocked out. Emma sang me nursery songs. I taught her a couple I did with her daddy when he was little. She enjoyed that.
In the back of my head I'm thinking I've got to get my 10000 steps in before 9. Then, I scolded myself and enjoyed the moment. The parents got home around 8:30. I went for a short run & got the rest of my steps in.
I looked at my nutritional tracker & it was low on carbs. This is where I get in trouble. I figure I can have some Ghiradelli milk chocolate chips (my favorite) & end up eating more then I had planned. I stayed in my range but really sabotage myself with my sweet tooth!
One day at a time. Moderation is key. I can't tell myself it's off limits or I'll eat 2 bags full. It's finding that balance.
