I got over 10000 steps in and 7.5 hours of sleep, Going over to my sons house to sand down the kitchen cabinets. Have a wonderful day!

My husband sold something of his so he could buy me a computer for my Fitbit. He gave me the early Valentine's gift last night. Usually, I ask my son to set up the computer. Last night I managed to set it up and sync my Fitbit to my old account on my own.

Also, my husband is now making healthier choices without me having to say a word! Before you know it he may even venture to SP! I'm truly blessed!

I'm learning to choose better choices like parking far from work, taking the stairs, and getting out and playing with my grandchildren. It's exhausting however I feel myself getting stronger!

I'm going to walk/jog in place when watching tv or I'll catch up on my shredding. Otherwise I tend to mindlessly snack.
