I have very little debt and I am doing the same thing. I want to get back to using my daily credit card only you know for shopping and such! I am so happy I have a couple of big ones though, when my car needed a new muffler and my Kitty got sick...Good luck!

Fitbit Customer Support are AWESOME!

Saturday, January 26, 2013

They were quick to respond to my emails and offered suggestions to get my Fitbit One up and going due to it was in the rain all night and looked like it was stepped on or ran over by the car. They are sending me a replacement! I highly recommend this vendor! emoticon

Wow...you found it and then the company actually cared if you were able to use it?! Sounds like something to highly recommend it! Good for them and you!

My first fitbit was defective. Got free replacement inside of 3 days. Then 3 months later I lost my fitbit while out shopping. They answered the email immediately and let me buy another at half price. The newest one!!! Aren't they great? I mean, you lose one and they still give you a deal? Wonder customer service!!!

Oh my gosh. That seems to happen to a lot of people. They should make a better attachment for it. Try complaining to the company and see what happens. Worth a shot. emoticon

I always wake up exhausted. My fitbit one says I am waking up over 20 times during the night. Ouch! I am hoping that knowing this, I can try some different things to improve my sleep.

The tracker showed I was in bed 8:07, asleep 7.57, awaken 8 times. Interesting!

There is always a simple answer once someone lets you know what it is of course. Have fun with that new fangled toy of yours. It sounds like great fun! emoticon

Great, thanks for the update. How does it know when you are finally asleep as opposed to waiting to fall asleep? It will be interesting to hear your updates. I've thought about a Fitbit but don't want another piece of equipment that I won't use.

Fitbit One sleep tracker

Saturday, January 19, 2013

Bummer. It fell out of the band & did not log any sleep hours. I will have to research how that function works online. I'm ready to rack up some activity minutes!

Thanks for the review and posting of a problem on the Fitbit. I learn from others issues and find that I really don't have to learn all the mistakes myself. Hope you find a solution!

I am doing great on getting the steps in, but have to admit I've never ever tracked my sleep. Hope you get your answers though.

Mine kept doing that to so I never got more than two nights of tracking before I lost the darn thing some where, for I use to clip it to the inside of my bra.. If you haven't got one yet the safety cord would be a good investment., for I am now out the 100 $ for it plus the money for the protection plan that doesn't cover loss...
