Something clicked last week and suddenly the junk food cravings are in check- I even stayed away from the office popcorn machine today- and I feel like the real "me" again. I've been running less but working out more. This past week I did some P90X workouts, some Turbofire last night and am loving lifting weights again. Worked on my arms 3 x's this week and I already can see and feel a difference. Ate a very healthy lunch outside in the sunshine today, tilapia, green beans and rice, and read my Oxygen magazine.
