Spring is here and that sure helps the fitness motivation! I've lost 8 lbs over 3 months and then put one back on. . .why do I do that to myself? Anyway DH and I have new bikes--a great motivator--and we are trying to put them to good use. 20 miles yesterday and 2 miles, with steep hills, today. I need to stay motivated--tend to let down my guard when I lose a few. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! I'm a newbie and would be glad for some encouragement. Kinda shy about blogging.
