Wheat Belly

I need to share this

This is for anyone interested in a healthier life or anyone who is trying to lose some weight.

First I've been diagnosed Gluten Intolerant so I downloaded "Wheat Belly" and EVERYONE should read this book. I had no idea the wheat we now eat has very little in common with the wheat our ancestors used to eat. It has been changed soooo much, genetically, and none of the changes were ever tested on humans to see how it affected us.

I thought my diagnosis was a curse but now I am positive it is a blessing in disguise. My GERD has subsided, I'm not as irritable and my belly is no longer bloated.

I urge everyone to read this book, it will change your life.

    And thanks for yet another tip. I looked up this book (which I will probably buy) and it made perfect sense to me. No wonder I can eat a sandwich and still want more. Or eat a cookie and then before I know it, I've eaten 10 cookies. I've been wheat free for 1 day and all ready I have noticed a difference in my "cravings". Can I possibly do this for a week? I don't know but I want to thank you again for turning me onto Wheat Belly. Amazing information.

    Great advice, as consumers we just follow the crowd - have you read about the benefits of water, loads on google search, my dad introduced me to these benefits although he is very ill. If not for his knowledge and wisdom on healthy eating he'd have been long gone
