The bloat is over & got me some results!

Hi Spark Friends!

I was supposed to give my end of October results last week but I was bloated, PMSing and the sorts. But now that's all done and I have my results! First of all, I broke my plateau and lost 2 pounds! And even when I thought nothing was happening it was because I lost 12 inches off my whole body...again! emoticon So here's the break down:
Last results
36 in bust
36 in waist
41 in hips
23 in rt thigh 23.5 in lft thigh
12.5 in both arms
171 pounds

New results
35 inches bust
35 inches waist
39.5 inches hips
20 in rt thigh, 20.5 in lft thigh
11.5 in rt arm, 11 in left arm
169 pounds!

I'm soooooooooo happy for my hard earned effort. My best friend and I are planning to go to California for an extended weekend in March to meet up with our other gal pal who moved there 3 years ago (they are in my pics posted on my spark page). I've never been to Cali so this would be a nice reward and a good stress reliever from all the headache I've been through this year! Have a great week everyone. Make it happen!! emoticon emoticon

How I'm doin'

Well I have been working out religiously since September 1st and I am down 7 pounds and quite a few inches. I am glad to say that I can put away my size 14 jeans and have slipped into my size 12's! emoticon emoticon I have to brag and say that those are also getting a bit loose! emoticon I am having fun with my taebo workouts. Doing a different dvd each week. Lots of people are noticing my body transformation emoticon . I am much happier, have lots of energy and I am stronger too. Going to see Usher in concert on Saturday. Hoping to lose 2 pounds by then to slip into my "skinnier" jeans! If you have some tips to bust this plateau I'm all ears! Lol! Hope everyone is doing great. Have a blessed week!

    HEY HEY! Congratulations!

When I plateau, I try to do several bursts of activity throughout the whole day, walking breaks at work, run up some stairs a couple times a day, in addition to whatever workout I have planned in the evening, try to keep the calorie burn going all day long.

Good luck finding what works for you.

Previous Current
weight: 177 172
bust: 38 in 36 in
waist: 38 in 36 in
hips: 44 in 41 in
thighs: 25 in each 23 in/ 23.5 in
arms: 13 in 12 in/ 12.5 in
neck: 13 in 13 in
total inches lost: 12 inches total body (loving the weight lost off the hips...Sweet!!)

I moved my a** this month!

So I started my journey to a healthier new me on Sept 1. So far I have lost 5 pounds, but I haven't checked the inches as yet. I moved my a** doing different tae bo dvd's each week. At times I even did some choreographed dance moves that I searched on you tube for added bonuses. I am happy for the pounds I've lost and the way I feel about myself.

In mid August I made a difficult but wise decision to end my engagement to my son's father. I thought I would have been beating up myself about this decision but I actually feel somewhat relieved. I am now putting all my energy on myself and making my life much happier. So, I moved my a** this month and its making a difference!

    The fact that you feel good after such a tough decision means that it was the right one. You have to be in love with yourself before you can give that to someone else. Congratulations on those 5 pounds!!!

Progress

Wednesday, March 12, 2014

So I completed week 1 of ripped in 30. I feel a heck of a lot stronger, especially by day 4. I was able to do most of the advance moves too. I've lost about 1.5 pounds and I feel good about it! I've continued doing my lunch time walks providing the weather is decent. I will not measure myself until I've completed the program which should take place around the first week of April. I'm eating a lot better so I"m hoping to see some more progress on the scale.
