Goals:

1. Drink ONLY water ALL day (except my protein shakes)
2. Hit the gym 3x a week, strength, cardio for 60 min, and a group class
3. Buy local, organic, clean foods, high in nutrition low in bad crap.
4. Cut land animals from diet (not bi-products or seafood)
5. Blog each week about my journey.

June 8 - June Goals Update

a) 8 glasses of water daily
---Only while I'm at work, carrying a water bottle around.
b) at least 5 hours of cardio a week
---If you count standing on my feet and walking for 12 hours a day....
c) 2-3 Strength Training sessions
---Scheduled to start this coming Monday
d) Yoga Class x1, Pilates Class x2, Pilates at home x4
---Scheduled to start this coming Monday
e) Eat within in my ranges daily
---Usually (failed yesterday, but I ate out every meal and went to a movie...)
f) menu plan for grocery shopping
---With pleasure. Need to do it today for shopping Friday.

Overall ---- really bad this last week, but I've been in the process of changing jobs (working both at once) So, it's been really difficult to find time. I've got my gym time scheduled into my planner like any other appointment starting Monday, so that should help out.
