WOW I have now completed 5 Full days of walking 10,000 steps a day. All of the sudden I just felt my 6000 step goal was too weak. Sunday night at 8:00pm I only had 6154 steps,I went out and walked the block 4 times to get over 10,000 steps. It as still hot out 100* so when I came home I was hot and sweaty so I jumped in the pool and swam for 15 minutes.
Monday night I was closer to my goal. 8051 steps were quickly converted to 10,000 with just a few laps around the block. I swam for 20 minutes when I returned home. Thats 5 more minutes swimming than sunday!
Today it is bearly 10:30 am and I am over 6000 steps. I May have to bump my goal beyond 10,000 steps aday. But I will start working on increasing my swimming by 5 minutes a day!
