Looking over my previous blog entries I've realized I keep doing this...I'll be doing well, losing weight and exercising properly, then the weight loss will stall and I'll slip up and relax my eating for a couple days, get a little discouraged and gain a little, then I'll wake up and be down a pound! Despite not exercising and almost constant snacking I'll still lose...I really wish I could figure my body out...I thought I had and I really don't mind losing after having a couple bad days but its really confusing! Of course then that loss gets me started on the right track again and I'm all set until the next little plateau, when it will then start all over again. Oh well...guess I'll just keep doing what I'm doing!
