I lost 1.5 pounds this week when I was sick and unable to do my routine for most of the week, I am so happy that I am better and ready to start the week healthy again. i went swimming today, was in the water for 90 min. it was not as easy as it was a week ago. My lungs were still tired from the cold. But it felt really good. I then decided to go to a movie. I had not left the house all week, so after the work out I saw Avatar, it was a really good movie. I love movies they are such an escape. So it is week two for new people who just got the book. I now can try to do Nicole's boot camp videos. I went to you tube to get them. I have problem I do not own the weights, I do not want to go buy some cause they will go to waste, cannot carry them on the plane with me. Plus I have a set at home already., so not sure how I am going to work this out yet?? Any suggestions??
Everyone out there starting your second week remember to hang in there. Do not be too hard on yourself. You can do it and we are here for support and anything else we can do for you.
