Getting Better

Well today is my first day without back pain. Praise the Lord, I really have had a tough week. I will be careful and take it slow to get back on track.

Thanks for all the prayers and concern for me it was greatly appreciated by me.

What a rainy depressed weekend. I am laid up with back spasms and the weather is terrible. I did get my paperwork done for re-certification though so I was not totally worthless day. Plus I am making homemade soup too.,

Nothing much else to report have a nice weekend friends.

I pulled muscle in mid back yesterday at work. Felt great this AM, even went on a 1 hour hike with friends. Weather here by the coast is cold, windy and overcast. I love it that way. Hang in there, the weather will pass and Homemade soup sounds great! Report Inappropriate Comment

I would feel worse being stuck inside in pain if it were a beautiful day outside! Don't let that weather get you down-maybe play some of your favorite music or a great movie? Hope you find something that works for those muscle spasms. Report Inappropriate Comment

I can feel for you with the back spasms. The barometric pressures is playing havoc with mine also. We have had a a very rainy weekend so far. Last night a tornado touched down about 2o miles from us. So lucky that no one was hurt although some homes were destroyed. Praying for you... Report Inappropriate Comment

Really the week went by very fast. It is raining here and a mess and cold. I still am having the spasms and just taking my time I guess.

Not much else to day all have a great weekend the summer season has begun.

It has been raining here all day with the temps in the low 60s. I think my body is in shock with the difference in temperature. We need the rain and it is a soaking rain...I love it!!! Hope you enjoy your weekend!!! Report Inappropriate Comment

So went to a new doctor today she was a cardiologist I did say my back was hurting but nothing else. I have had this pain before and the muscle relaxers is what they give you. It just takes time. I do not like taking them they knock me out. Just keep me in your prayers that these spasms stop. I could not carry my purse without my back reacting to the weight. Oh well have a great day friends.

So far as the doctor and my heart issues she did not change anything for 3 months. I am going to monitor things more closely first.

Still In Pain

So still in pain cannot even walk so I will not be able to go out for my walk, which has bummed me pit. I have to see MD tomorrow so may see what happens. I am just able to sit and watcht TV or do my computer. This is really not what I wish I could do.

The muscle relaxers I am taking which is why I never got out of bed till noon they knocked me out terrible. So only take them at night.
