Thunderstorms

We are getting thunderstorms. The kind that have the really huge loud thunder and lightning. Why is it they seem so exciting somehow>

I got my workout done early today. This makes me very happy.

I am still having issues but at least I am taking care of self with a good workout.

Walking

I just love to walk. I have not had a great day of walking in a long time.

I had a good 60 min walk at aobut 6pm. It was so nice along the water of the SI, LAWRENCE.

I am forotunate to havea nice walkway to way forever it seems and I love it withy all the flowers in bloom,

So I had a good day. I just enjoy taking care of self this way.

Back on track

I have done what I needed to do today. I did my weights and also 130 min on my gazelle.

I got a lot of catching up of things also. I feel more positive today in what I accomplished today.

One day at as time to get the pounds off again.

Very Overwhelmed

there is just too much going on at once in my life. I am not dealing as well as I wish I was. But I am dealing it has to get better. I so need to get back on track. Have not a rough couple of days here.

I do know I have my spark to turn to and this helps.
