Today I committed to finishing the 28day program.
My fast break goals are
1. Drink 8 glasses water daily- until recently I didn't drink 1 glass a day and had 8 of diet
2. Walk daily for one month
3. Don't eat in front of the TV or computer for 1 month -can't remember the last time I didn't
eat there except when at a resturant.
4. Journal 3x's per week
