Well... The results are finally in as I am just having time to get caught up. My starting weight for the New You Bootcamp Challenge was 176. As of today, I am down to 174.5. Total weight loss is 2.5 lb.
My new measurements are:
Left biceps = 11 (no change)
Chest = 43 (-.5 inches)
Waist = 35 (-2 inches)
Hips = 40 (-2 inches)
Left thigh = 24.25 (-.75 inches)
Total inches lost = 5.25 inches
I can see the change in my body overall. I think I am much stronger than when i began the challenge. I wish I wouldn't have injured my knee during the last week of the challenge and had to back off a little on the workouts. I am going to continue to baby it for the rest of this week and then try to kick it into high gear again. I think mixing the Bootcamp Workouts with Walk Away the Pounds videos may be a better option for me for a while (giving the knee time to rest). If anyone has any thoughts, opinions, or comments on what I could be doing, let me know. I have continued walking. As long as I don't "tweak" the knee sometime during the day, the pain is not there. Some discomfort, but not actual pain at this point. If I do "tweak" it, stairs become impossible and walking becomes difficult...
