What Goes in Must Come Out

Well never has that saying been more true than this last week. You see I was having bathroom problems and the result was a whopping 4 pound gain. Now that things are under control again I have settled at .2 over my last blog weight. I guess all in all things are going OK. I have decided not to do a planned interruption, but instead to finish out the short round and continue on to P3. My family has decided to put off celebrating Thanksgiving until I have completed P2. Yay. I will be working hard to ensure that I stay on protocol the next 9 days. I don't want to have to do an excessive amount of correction days. The last couple of rounds I have had to do correction days because I continued to lose on P3. Hopefully this time I will be able to effectively use the things I learned on the previous rounds. Happy Losses!!

Second Goal Met

Well it is official I am 10.2 pounds down from my before phase weight. I have planned to take a planned interruption for Thanksgiving and then get back on track right after. Hopefully I won't gain any weight and will be able to get right back on track. If not I will just have to stay positive while the gained weight goes away. I plan to eat cleanly P3 and turn my back on the things not allowed (even though I will be cooking it all). I will have to enjoy those things vicariously through my family. Happy Losses!!


Just Another of those No Loss Days

Well today there was no movement on the scale, but as I discovered yesterday this is my pattern. I lose a large amount 1 - 2 pounds and then no movement for a day or two. This time instead of getting upset I am looking forward to the large release that is sure to come. Today I will focus on getting in adequate calories and drinking water to help things along. Yay Happy Losses!!

A Pattern is Forming

I just noticed today that I will "stall" for a day or two and then have a large loss. I don't know why it never occured to me to take notice of this. I went two days with no loss and then had a loss of 2.2 followed by a loss of 1.2 pounds. The next day there was no loss and then this morning brought about a loss of 0.6. Ok granted it was not a large loss when compared to the others, but it is still above the .5 average loss so I am happy with the number. If in my other rounds I had noticed this I think it would have been easier to stay the course. Instead of celebrating the victories I wallowed in the stalls. I have resolved to take each day as it comes and reflect on my victories in times of frustration and to evaluate the things that were done at those times to bring the victory. Happy Losses

    Good for you!! It is written in Pounds and inches that in some cases your body will release fat, then fill in the empty space left behind with water, and it can take a day or even two for your body to release that water.

Moving Down the Road

This morning I was down 1.2 pounds. I am also near my second goal. I have 1 more pound to get to the 10 pound mark. Yippee. I am hopeful that even though this round is a short one I will have reduced by at least 16 pounds. I am continuing to keep a positive mindset which I am convinced is the only reason I haven't cheated especially during the days where the scale didn't move. I am considering doing a planned interruption instead of finishing this round. Happy Losses
