So, I hired a trainer...
I feel like I'm getting good results. It's keeping me motivated to keep hitting the gym, and keep logging food.

I've been staying within my calorie range and logging over 5 miles a day on my elliptical trainer...plus, weight training! Being a part of this creates the magic!

That is great.. beglad when I can do more.. things been drinking more fluids. plus releasing more fluids..

Have droped about 20 pounds.. of mostly water weight. Which is a positive thing, my legs were so swollen I had trouble getting up and down, with swollen legs and a hurt back.

I am starting out slow again. 330 pound down from 350 on Dec.31, 2009

Have my spark book love it..plan to read it over and over again.. In hope's of what I have read will sink in. Ha

It's been about a year since I've been here, logging my food and exercise.
It's been about a year since I've lost any more weight.
