I got the results in the mail today from my blood work.Glucose was 83; total cholesterol was 139; triglycerides was 42, hdl was 50, and ldl was 81. I am going to try to raise up my good cholesterol by eating more nuts, seafood, olive oil, avocado's, dark chocolate & taking policosanol. It is supposed to raise it by about 15%. My daughter found the info out on a Spark community message board. Look up for ways to increase your good cholesterol level. Eating vegan tonight again, a tofu dishand having roasted asparagus and garlic bread with it.
