Okay, I am back after being gone a year from this page. I miss the step counter. I do it more when I am doing it online. The surgeon general wrote many books and did many studies on the value of the daily step counter. Ten thousand steps a day or more as a daily goal. I was in one of the studies in 2001, and still use one every day. Yet when I chart it online, I tend to bump it up just a little more to 12 thousand or so more times per week. So here goes, back on the chart wagon.
