I have had to cut back on the time I spend on workouts. The doctors found non cancerous tumors in my stomach area. After the surgery on the 14th, I should be able to start "real" workouts again. (After a bit of healing time.) However, for now, the pain is too bad and too dangerous to workout with. It seemed like I was starting to make progress! Oh well, I can work out again before too much muscle is lost. Also, I have still been able to do tiny workouts at the gym of 20 min three times per week.
