OK -- a week has passed, and tonight aftter my two classes at my health club I will be weighing in. I'm excited and a little nervous. I've been far from perfect this past week, but only one day did I go over my calories. I don't think that would have been true for the past several months (had I been tracking my calories).
The things I still need to work on:
- More fruits and veggies
- Getting in my snacks
- Getting closer to my calorie goal (I was low 5 out of 6 days -- but of course the one day I was WAY over).
- Getting more planned exercise on the weekends.
All in all, not a bad week. Room for improvement, and if the scale says I lost at least a pund, then I catagorize it as a good week.
