I've now been on my SP plan (I won't use the word diet) for three days now. My wife has joined me on it, so that makes it more fun. I was surprised how many calories the plan wants me to consume during the fast break phase -- 3000! I've actually not been able to get to that # yet, but I had a very hearty breakfast this morning, so I think I'll get closer today.
I've always resisted the idea of counting calories and tracking food, but being able to do it online and using the wealth of info in the food tracker makes it manageable.
Here's to 1 pound a week!
