15 POUNDS GONE!!!!!!!!!

WOO HOO!!!!!!
I have now lost 15 pounds and on my way to make it 20. I am so excited I feel like jumping up and down. Want to know a secret? I really did jump up and down! I thought it would be good exercise.

Hope everyone who reads this blog has the same excitement this week. Small changes make a BIG difference emoticon

    You are doing awesome and well on your way to your 50 pound goal!! I do pool strength and cardio 3-4 times a week so I know what you mean about the swim suit issue. Don't let that stop you from getting in the pool. Eventually the figure will be more svelte for that swim suit and you will feel really good about it. I love the Victorian clothing you make and all those beautiful flowers in your album. I'm 59 as well. Stay in touch. Vicki

    That's good news. I have been stuck for a loooooong time. Have only lost 2# in six weeks and that's at 1200 calories a day with a ton of exercise - one theory being that I'm not eating enough. The good news is, however, that I have gone down about two sizes in that same period - why is the scale or most important measure of success?

I have been stuck at the 10 pounds for 3 weeks. I'm still counting calories and I'm still exercising. I don't know what is wrong. I feel like I'm failing again. This is very disappointing to me!!!!

    My daughter found that varying her calorie range she noticed a difference. Still stay within your range just vary it a bit.

    Don't get discouraged! And don't focus on pounds. Look at how you feel. Are your clothes getting looser? Can you walk further without getting winded??

If you have to, put away the scale!! I did. It got so discouraging for me. I've only lost 7 lbs since starting last November. But I've packed away lots of clothes are are now too big for me and can really tell the difference in everyday activities.

  You might want to think about upping your exercise or changing it. You might want to up your water also. It helps me to keep a journal and write all my food down, my feelings and exercise done for the day. When I see it all before me I can figure out what I need to work on. Hope this helps. 9 Pound VICTORY

Well 1 month and 1 week as a SprakPeople member and I have Lost 9 Pounds. I feel more energetic. My knees do not ache as much. I plan to do a long exercise program today. I will jump on my mini trampoline and exercise to music. However, I really look forward to the 10 pound mark. GOD will help me make it!!

    ABSOLUTELY!!! 9lbs Congratulations . What days do you weigh in? I weigh in on Mondays so this weekend is my last chance workout weekend. I find the phrase "last chance" to be very motivating. What do u do for motivation?
