Start out with defining the goal(s), then break that goal down to more manageable goals. After the smaller goals have been identified, set a deadline for each goal. With the achievement of each smaller goal, a brick is laid encouragement and confidence builds and all of it leading to the fulfillment of the dream -- a healthier, happier lifestyle.
