Okay, so I'm weighing more than I want. I really want it gone, so do I beat myself up by creating a workout schedule/eating goals that one day may be doable, but where I am now, really isn't realistic. Now that will get results, now I'm fighting fire with fire-- but will it.? For a little while, it may work, but can you make it last. Set yourself up for success, start slow, and build consistency...be persistent and patient but don't beat yourself up. Stay the course and victory will be yours!
