"Always chase your dreams instead of running from your fears."
Make every action a movement towards the positive. One example is I'm focusing on my healthy BMI goal, instead of starting point (that's the past). My energy is being used to propel me into my healthier lifestyle. Energy begats energy and it's up to me to decide which side of the equation gets the most and I chose chasing my dreams.
