Start the day with a pre-exercise meal:
Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 ear, medium

PreExercise AM Snack TOTALS: 77 calories (17 carbs- 1 fat- 3 protein)

Breakfast:
Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Shake (1/2 med. banana, 1 cp strawberries, 2 TBS Honey, 1/2 cp Organic Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt, 1/2 cp Lactose Free 2% Reduced Fat milk, 1/2 cp Fiber One Lowfat Cottage Cheese with Fiber

Breakfast TOTALS: 455 calories (89 carbs- 5 fats- 20 protein)

Lunch:
Salad (7 slices Healthy Ones Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Progresso Black Beans, 1/2 cp, Homemade vinegarette 2 TBS, Sorrento Stringsters, 1 oz, Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, Cherry Tomatoes, 5/red, Dole Very Veggie salad 1 serving
