This is an area that can not be ignored any more. I know how important rest and sleep is to my overall health, now to address the issue. I know I won't be able to take this on for another week, but the last few nights have not been restful ones. I finally made it to 6 hours (much better than the 3-1/2 I was doing ). So definitely something to look at to help me move along on my journey.
Well, here goes nothing...going to bed a little earlier tonight...hope everyone has a restful evening!
