Beginnings can be so much fun...today did a full exercise routine but with lighter weights...it was a total fun day until I looked at my TO DO list for the week but I'll worry about that at another time...Today is the beginning of Phase 2. The goal is the move that ticker from 138 to 125. I've eatten well today and within the range, didn't try anything new just wanted to mentally ease my way into the new Phase, enough to maintain and not too much to discourage. I'm currently at the weight I've been for the longest period in my life, so my body is loving the status quo, obviously LOL! I've been at 125 lbs before, but I didn't get to keep it for long.
I am really looking forward to saying HELLLLO to that healthy weight and healthy eating habits again.
