This is just an off the cuff mental release today...

I don't know how many places experienced snow on Mother's Day, but we had it hear in Central New York. Today it was around 90 degrees. I do enjoy the sunshine, and warmth or snow and ice so just sending a request to the Big One upstairs, asking for babysteps in the weather changes. emoticon I actually like Spring!

Otherwise, a busy but productive day! emoticon

    We are having the same thing here in Chicago. the weather is changing SO quickly this yr... ( Im from chicago and saying this and you know what they say about chicago weather....) I agree, small changes so we can get use to it please!

And I'm loving my new habits. While I seem to be stuck right now, darn plateau, I'm enjoying how much easier it has become to maintain the level I have reached and loving the new habits I have formed.

What you do consistently becomes habit. So here's a list of MUST HAVES on my healthy lifestyle plate:

1) physical activity
2) nutrition
3) mental stimulation
4) social interaction and
5) spiritual growth (through 1 or a combo of prayer, meditation, and relaxation methods)

A healthy portion of these daily keeps me consistent, and consistency builds the pillars that will keep my healthy lifestyle going strong and a foundation to reach for the stars!
