OUCH!...I believe I overextended myself yesterday with the weights. We learn as we go, in one way or another. And my lesson from yesterday is that I need to work with two weight levels - the heavier weights first to exhaust the muscle and then one step down if I'm going to push for another set. My zeal to get back to the level I used to workout at is driving me. "If you can concieve it, you can achieve it," just don't forget the babysteps to build the right foundation because once you achieve it you want to be able to keep it. Thank goodness today, Terrific Tuesday, is a lighter workout day and I will focus on continued strengthening for the foundation of my plans.
