There's this really neat list outlining how much you want to weigh within a certain time frame following the S.M.A.R.T. definition -- specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely. However, life has a way of interjecting all sorts of things that require the schedule to be flexible; also requires that you are kind to yourself and show some flexibility -- I call it Lifeo Interruptus. I plan to make it to the finish line and I'm sure you do too, so take care of yourself and pamper yourself through the knocks using healthy methods...It can be done!
