Another busy weekend ahead, and we all know how weekends can run a muck and make us feel unbalanced without a little planning. So, in addition to my usual in-home workouts (I don't belong to a gym),
1. make a point to park farther from entrances to sneak in a few extra steps
2. pre-pack fruits/veggies etc to have with me
3. positive upbeat music to fill my environment
4. when not on my feet, sneakers packed (just in case I have time to do a quick mile or two in the park between other errands)
5. try something new (I've built up the nerve to experiment with my hair this weekend)
6. complete final touches to community project working on
7. count my blessings (every day)
8. begin Spring cleaning
9. coordinate with little one about summer plans and family about get togethers
10. begin reading 3 new books this weekend
11. work on my literary projects
so do something nice for yourself, and stay focused, focused, focused on what is important to you.
