Along with the revision of my exercises and re-evaluating the weights being used, a recent article brought to my attention some of the other measurement tools used to look at health, i.e., BMI, Ht/Wt Chararts, Wasit/Hip Ratio and based on those measurements my original weight goal is correct. I went one step further and reviewed how my calorie range was generated and what would impact that number. So one other change to incorporate into the mix, given the change in my activity level, is a move to 1600-1950 caloric intake versus the original 1200-1550 to see what kind of difference that will make in my overall muscle development. So far it feels good!
