Ahhh, let me look into my crystal ball...
I see 8-12 glasses of water every day
Coming into focus is 1 hour of exercise a day...oh wait 2 session of 30 minutes each
I see 5-7 vegetables and fruits eaten through a day
And there's dancing, dancing, dancing,
jumping, jumping, jumping
and lots of arms waving about and hips swaying to the beat
while it seems so uncontrolled at times until you feel the invisible string
tugging fromt the top you head to stand taller
the girdle grip of your abs drawn tight
the position held for a little longer than expected to earn the burn
Now as the music stops you can see the heat and you know you've worked hard
so S-T-R-E-T-C-H
and cool down
