Relax and it will come!

A lot of people live their lives in quiet desperation, feeling like they are in a pressure cooking with forces coming from all directions. With so much to do in what seems like so little time, we end up not accomplishing any task to the level we want to or truly can. It's so we can't see the forest for the trees. R-E-L-A-X and it will come.

From the simplest of tasks to any deep core toxic emotons, giving oneself permission to recognize the problem and pick them apart so you can work through them...dare to stay with the problem for there is a solution that's right for you. Challenge yourself and take the extra step...you are worth is and deserve so much.

So, sit up straight and take a deep breath...close your eyes and see the problem...keep breathing in and out, now visualize the picture you want to achieve...let the shoulders drop, and release the tension in your face. It's amazing how the chaos and our emotional reaction to the chaos makes it difficult to both see the solution and react appropriately.

So today, and everyday hereafter, give yourself permission to relax...for it will come!

Enough is enough...I've had lots of fun testing new exercises...Time to push the envelope and finish this task and put a firm date to the new plan...will be up late tonight pulling together some house chores in prep for visitors and because I have time to rest tomorrow...so pushing the envelope!

This is taking longer than I thought, along with the new changes to the fitness tracker...so while I've maintained my exercise routines, I've been playing around with to see how I can manipulate the new format to match my how I like to arrange my exercises and yet minimize the keystrokes needed to record my daily activities (time is precious)...I've weaved some additional time into pulling the new plan together, and now with both feet/legs working well and feeling quite pleased with how I have been able to maintain--the goals are: 1) continue to work towards my goal of 125#; 2) build more muscle definition; and 3)maintain a healthy nutritional balance.

Went fishing -- and it was wonderful!

Not fishing with hooks and bait but going through the site to find info that will help me meet my goals emoticon and had a good time going through my favorites as well. It ended up being the perfect way to end off my day.

I'm in this for the long haul...Putting the final touches on my new routine and feeling really good...I'll be incorporating some proprioception exercises (balancing) and working up to include plymetrics which I think will help me build the muscle mass I'm looking for. I'm actually behind schedule with the new routine, but going strong with keeping up the current routine and it's keeping me at the goals I previously set...Never give up, never surrender...I'm just getting started!
