There are so many things we want for ourselves and our loved ones, it hard to tell sometimes where to start first without feeling that you are placing one over another, but you must choose -- so pick one, YOU!

The love for yourself will get you out of bed, will exercise (even if it's a little) to take care of the external side of you...Even if you don't like the condition of certain body parts, where would you be without them...Accept each part, acknowledge that old way needs to tweeked, decide what you want, pick the tools to reach your goal, and slowly start resculpturing the model...You are a masterpiece in progress, so design away...
Along with the external, comes the internal they work together. List the wonderful things about yourself and each part of you...feed the body with healthy foods and retrain your mind when poor choices come your way, NO means NO, and go for the better choice. Establish new eating habits, find ways to take the power out of your triggers. Take the negative drama out of your life and replace it with positives everywhere you can; let single mistakes stay single mistakes, don't expand it to include everything you do...
Train your body and mind to work together to reach the peaceful harmonious state you dream about!
