To get better at anything, you need to stretch yourself...push the limits just a little further than before...it's doesn't just apply to your exercises but everything in your life. See how far you can really reach by stepping outside of the comfort zone, babysteps will do. The goal is always to ultimate to grow stronger, wear down the negative internal voices that stop you from achieving what you deserve. Make a game of it, and keep it fun as you reach for new heights.
