I've been gaining and losing the same pounds over and over but I'm not letting that stop the program, just adjusted my thinking...sometimes movin' up is continuing the build consistency while meeting new challenges. Everything changes for one reason or another and it's important to see that I can maintain under different types of stresses/different situations. It may not seem like movement, but not having my weight etc bounce all over the place and letting external events determine where I am is definitely a move forward.

I'm trying new dishes...I'm trying my hand with different ways to use barley and black beans and meeting my nutrient level is being easier each day along with exercises and drinking my water I'm definitely movin' up!

    Well, one thing is certain: we all are just alike. Everyone who has been on the quest to shed pounds gain and lose those same pounds. A family member used to always joke that she lost 100 pounds. But the thing is, she lost 2, gained 4, lost 3, gained 5. She lost 100 but in the end, she gained 100 too.

Like you said on your main page, it all starts with one spark. That new dishes you try is a spark. And I like barley, although it sure does take too long to cook. Sometime, try it as a breakfast cereal with sweetener, raisins, milk, and if you choose, other fruits such as banana, strawberries, blueberries, etc. Itís soo good.

There 's always something on the plate...you close your eyes and watching a movie on drugs. Take the time to journal these items. Start with the big picture, the end results believing that all things are possible, then babystep yourself back to what you need to do to get there. After than, like any good artist, start at the beginning and take action. There may be additional training needed to reach the goal, accept it for it's all part of the process. Give yourself a real chance to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

It's really up to me to take the steps needed to make the journey worth it. If I know and planned to workout, but don't...I choose; If I plan to do 2 sets/10 reps, but can only complete in good form 2 sets/6 reps, I choose if this is failure or success...Life is all about choices, choose wisely...I choose to succeed!
