Well I've been rather amazed with myself. One of the nutrients that I tend to overdo is SODIUM...it's everywhere along with sugar. For the last month I have been incorporating more beans/bean dishes in my diet...and using dry beans to boot. It has been a bit time consuming, but it has also made me focus and reclaim some of my time...in addition to cutting out the sodium that comes with canned beans, it's really helping me with my protein and my fiber -- so much that I stopped taking my fiber supplement ( even though it was a chewable, I don't like pills in any form unless absolutely necessary). Now the focus is to get and keep my magnesium and potassium up...Little by little, my healthy lifestyle is climbing up the ladder!
