The favorite phase I've learned with SP is babystep...it all adds up. As I continue to reinforce this on my mental tape that plays every day, replacing negative self talk, slow down and enjoy the ride...see the wonder in the smallest detail of your workout. It's amazing to watch you muscles flex as you workout and each how each step on the journey have value, no matter how small it may be and is packed with lessons to learn. Today was a regular workout day, with lighter weights, a larger number of sets with smaller reps and light weights. I PLAN TO SUCCEED on this journey, some of my success is obvious but what I have been learning that is not always as obvious is equally as valuable to building the healthy lifestyle I want.
