Stay focused on the positive...while my foot is recovering, I'm focusing on other parts and enjoying the ride...filling up on happiness whenever and wherever I can!

    I think the biggest barrier to everyone's progress is attitude. Embracing positive energy is half the battle. Great words, and hope you see a brand new you real soon. Your foot will be back to normal before you even realize it.

I've done well with my weight loss, but giving my foot the time needed to recover sufficiently is driving me nuts...each day it feels better and my first thought is get back to my full schedule, but I know that is not the best thing...Ahhh patience, it's just a matter of time besides being patient will mean so much more fun when summer finally arrives (that's my incentive to not push the envelope)!

Keep trying until you find something that works for you...if you're having a hard time with exercises that require you to stand, see if there is a similar exercise that can be done sitting or lying down. The first choice is not always the best choice, but the overall goal may still be worthy of the effort to keep active. I am finding that I have better mix of exercises, and applying gravity from different angles has proven to work out well! Don't fear being wrong and stop you from trying new things, but always be careful that what you start with will not injury you.

Always trying something new...Today it was splitting my workout into 3 parts...wasn't too bad...worked out well to not overtax my leg and keep good form when working out as my foot continues to recover.
