Keep trying until you find something that works for you...if you're having a hard time with exercises that require you to stand, see if there is a similar exercise that can be done sitting or lying down. The first choice is not always the best choice, but the overall goal may still be worthy of the effort to keep active. I am finding that I have better mix of exercises, and applying gravity from different angles has proven to work out well! Don't fear being wrong and stop you from trying new things, but always be careful that what you start with will not injury you.
