The first week of the challenge asks that I record what I eat the week. I'm tempted to just go back over the info I have listed in my food journal, and it took a bit to remind myself that while the goal is import, the journey carries it's own value. At the end of the week I'll see if I use this week's info or week before and I'll tell you why. I took the assessment as they requested and the results stated that I do well except for social-type events. That's not me at all...I'm usually on my best behavior at that time. And now that I'm announced that I have officially announced my goal with this challenge, I will choose even better. This may be just what I need to bush my plateau, but I've skipped the lesson part and that's what I need to focus on.
The power is in me to do this. I know it! Wish me luck!
