I'm able to put full pressure on both feet today and it feels wonderful...everything working together...Never underestimate youself, the power is in you! I was able to do a full workout today with lighter weights because of my stance when I use the heavier weights, but I think I'm back. emoticon

Okay, the new routine seems to be working ok...the interruption of my foot hurting and waiting for it to recover slowed me down, but I refused to stop everything...life doesn't work that way! So, I'm off to the races again...try, try again...be patient and reasonable with expectations...my bodily changes didn't occur over night, I won't solve them overnite! emoticon

    That's right. It's what I like to call the baby step approach. Inch by inch, step by step, you can do it. Great tips and advice.

Foot is improving...and journalizing what I am doing to get it back into shape to determine if there's something more I can do to prevent (or at least minimize) this from happening in the future...perhaps something I can incorporate into my regular routine! Onward and upwards!
