I like my new exercise schedule...today is a lighter day so it frees me us to let the spirit move me...the schedule is flexible enough that I can try new things, improvise on what is on the list and keep the fun in the process...It feels wonderful!
Not the best day I've had...woke up this morning with my foot hurting so had to choose between my workout items that I could maintain good form in what I was doing...but I refuse to be stopped now that I'm on the roll.
Having a lot of fun learning more about my body and what it takes to make it do what I want it to do and what it tells me it can (can't or shouldn't) do! Definitely gives me moments to pause and re-evaluate choices!
Meditate first, then eat, exercise, light refueling, and onward to reducing my TO DO list for...taking one thing at a time, and first things first...putting my mind right is always the first step to making progress!
