Ever notice that when you looking at a menu that while a food item may sound good and look tempting you know it's not the right choice. Heck, you might even comment about how decadent it sounds/looks ; or just sitting on the couch watching t.v., that you mind actually tells you to GET UP! Life is calling you. Instinctively I know what I should be doing, albeit I am doing something else. Trust yourself and use your instincts -- the heart and mind are only two of the three barometers given to help steer through life's journey, your gut is the other which is where about 90% of the human body's total serotonin is located. Serotonin, the stuff that's involved in the regulation of mood, appetite, sleep, learning and memory, and muscle contraction. Just as you should look beyond the scale to determine progress, factor in how you feel, listen to your gut...Use your instincts. It's there for a reason.
