Well I am finally feeling better, was able to ride my bike to the gym yesterday and did a spin class visited with friends then rode my bike home. This morning got up early and was at the gym for 7:30am spin class , 45 minutes and then did 60 minutes of yoga class, rode my bike to the library and back. I hope to go for a run this evening I need to start training again , have a race on the 17th of October another 5k. I haven't been able to run for well over a week. I am going slow on the exercise though it may not seem like it to most, dialed down the intensity hope to get back to 'normal' soon.
