I know, I know... I had said my goal for this past week was to lose something, even if it was "just" .2.
I lost .2.... so, goal met, right?
I guess. :P I will confess that I really hoped to lose 1 whole lb to bring me to that 30 lb star. BUT I am happy I lost. Really, I am! I mean, we had Thanksgiving...and then the Sunday thing at Chuck E Cheese.
But dang it, I feel like I exercised my butt off!
In other news, Weight Watchers has a new program. They call it "points Plus". The old points program figured out points on calories, fat grams and fiber grams. You got a points target (mine was 27), 35 weekly points to use or not..plus any activity points you earned.
The Points Plus program? Well, my target is 33 points, plus members get 49 weeklies, plus activity. Points are figured on: protein grams, fat grams, total grams of carbohydrats and fiber grams.
Fruits are now zero points, as are most veggies.
There is part of me that is doubtful, but I am dutifully tracking.
I ate my same usual breakfast: Thomas multigrain muffin, 2 tsp olive oil and 1/2c eggbeaters.
On the old plan that was like 4.5 points (1 for the english muffin, 2.5 for the olive oil, 1 for the eggbeaters). On points plus it works out to 6 points (3 for the muffin, 2 for the oil, 1 for the egg beaters). So a bit more (shrug) but then my target has increased, so....
I haven't gotten much further than that. This will definitely be a learning experience. I am tracking on etools and writing on a tracker in case I have a problem and want to show my leader and ask "what gives?". And of course I'll do my usual tracking on sparkpeople.
'cause I'm just crazy that way. LOL
